He has an experience in the Hydroelectric technology of 15 years.

Senior Project Manager & Technical Coordinator at AIMEN Technology Center

She holds a degree in Chemistry (Physical Chemistry) and an MSc in Welding Engineering, both from the University of Vigo (Spain). She began her career at AIMEN in 2007 in the NDT department, specializing in non-destructive testing of materials. With over 12 years of experience in composite materials, manufacturing, and testing. She also spent two months in 2014 at TPRC (ThermoPlastic Research Center), working on composite welding. She has been involved in European, national, and regional R&D projects focused on advanced manufacturing processes for composite and multi-materials in the automotive, naval, aeronautical, and wind sectors. Currently, she works at Advanced Composites Technologies as a Senior Researcher, specializing in infusion manufacturing processes for composite materials.

Engineering Master by the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC). Since 1997 is Coordinator of R&D area in Industrial Processes at the Center for Numerical Methods in Engineering (CIMNE). He has coordinated and worked in several research project at autonomic, national and European levels.

His innovation management experience includes the direction of metal R&D Department in COVIT company from 2003 to 2006.

He is Associate Research Professor at the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC) where he teaches Strenght of Materials and Structural Analysis undergraduate courses (1995 - present).

PhD in Materials Science by BarcelonaTEch and MSc in Physics by the University of Barcelona. I am currently developing my professional career in "COMPASS Ingeniería y Sistemas" where my work is focused on the development and application of computational simulation software to engineering projects, including assessment of innovative civil structures, ocean energy converters and industrial processes. I was the coordinator of the participation of COMPASSIS in the EU project FIBRESHIP. I have published 6 papers in scientific indexed journals and have participated in various R&D projects of national and international scope.

Mechanical Engineer graduated from UPV/EHU Engineering Technical School (University of Basque Country) in 2006. He has been working during ten years in TECNALIA RESEARCH AND INNOVATION (Basque Country R&D centre). Since 2017, he is a PhD student at the research group of Polymer and Composites Technology at Mondragon Unibertsitatea. His research is focused on Design and Optimization of 3D printed composite structures, developing lightweighting solutions and impact loading applications. He actually is involved in different fundamental research projects such as European projects or industrial transfer projects oriented to the automotive industry and mechanical engineering equipments.

The AVK, as the German professional association for fibre reinforced plastics/composites, represents the interests of producers and processors of reinforced plastics/composites on a national and a European level. The AVK was founded in 1924 and currently has over 220 member companies (in Germany and abroad) and is therefore one of the largest associations in the European composites sector.

It represents members along the entire value-added chain in the area of reinforced plastics. Its members include manufacturers and suppliers of raw materials as well as processing companies, machine-tool manufacturers, engineering firms, testing authorities and scientific

institutions. The association represents both small and medium-sized companies as well as major multinational concerns.

The AVK is integrated into a strong network of German and European partners. For example, it is one of four sponsoring associations of the GKV - the umbrella organisation of the German plastics converters industry and represented in both the executive and board.

In addition, AVK is a foundation member of the German Composites Umbrella organization “Composites Germany”. Furthermore AVK is represented on the board of the European Composites Industry Association (EuCIA).
